Hi Esther, I totally get why you were frustrated — you were expecting your order in a couple of days and it arrived much later. At the time I was away on a short break with my kids and sent your parcel out as soon as I got back, but I know that doesn’t change your experience.
What’s a real shame is I didn’t hear from you at the time — I’d have happily tried to make things right straight away. To only find out nearly four weeks later through a review is disappointing, especially as you’ve been such a loyal customer.
I am a one woman band and your support means a lot to me and I’d love the chance to show you the smoother service we usually pride ourselves on and that you're used to.
