Returns - UK

It is our priority is to ensure that you’re happy with your purchases and the service you’ve received from us, so that’s why every product from Dragons & Daisies is guaranteed to bring positive vibes to your day. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy, you are welcome to return your items to us in its original, unused condition within 14 days and we’ll happily exchange your item or give you a full refund of the purchase price, whichever you prefer, no quibbling or questions asked. If you’d like to tell us why you’re returning something though, it’s always helpful!

Made to Order Returns - UK
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or returns on any items that are made to order. When something is made specifically for you on either a pre-order or made to order basis we are unable to offer any refunds or returns. The purchase is at your discretion. If you have any questions before placing a made to order purchase please contact us via email: info [at] and we'll be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have. 
We will always provide a size chart for you to refer to making ordering easier.


How to Return Unwanted or Faulty Items

1) Email info [at] letting us know what you’d like to return and whether you’d like an exchange or refund.

2) Please wrap the clothes or accessories to be returned well and send them to the address you'll be given in the email we'll reply to with your initial contact in Step 1.

We recommend you send it Recorded Delivery to be on the safe side. Please include a note in the parcel with your name and delivery address.

Returns are not accepted from overseas customers. You buy at your own discretion. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy, we ask that you contact us at info [at] to discuss your issue and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We are a small family business and you are important to us.
