Very robust and lovely colours. The extra knotted handle is a great addition as can clip onto bags.
We've had a LOT of water bottles in our house but I'm so impressed by the quality of this - and the fact it retains ice cold temperatures for hours and hours! Really secure lid and woven handle are an added touch of extra quality and importantly - endurance from a busy active 10 year old! I am confident of no leaking too which i deffo have't had for many a water bottle before this one..
Didn’t receive response and order was completely messed up

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
After receiving your order, I noticed that only the £3.50 personalisation service had been purchased and no bottle had been added to the basket. As this is quite unusual, I contacted you before dispatch to check whether this was intentional. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response before the order was fulfilled, so the order was dispatched exactly as it had been placed.
When I later learned that you had intended to purchase a bottle, I offered a goodwill solution despite the order not including one.
Customer service is very important to us, which is why I took the extra step of contacting you before dispatch to avoid exactly this situation. I'm genuinely sorry that there was a misunderstanding and wish you all the best.
Paid for the 1-2 days delivery, it took 8 days to arrived
Hi Esther, I totally get why you were frustrated — you were expecting your order in a couple of days and it arrived much later. At the time I was away on a short break with my kids and sent your parcel out as soon as I got back, but I know that doesn’t change your experience.
What’s a real shame is I didn’t hear from you at the time — I’d have happily tried to make things right straight away. To only find out nearly four weeks later through a review is disappointing, especially as you’ve been such a loyal customer.
